- Hit Ctrl + h at the same time this will bring up the history tab
- Click on clear browsing data
- Click advance
- Click the Time range box and select all time
- Make sure everything that you can is selected with the check mark expect for passwords and autofill.
- Click clear data
- Hold the power button down then select power off
- Restart the Chromebook

- DO NOT log into it. You will see a screen that lists all user accounts on the device.
- Next to your account name is a down arrow. Click it.
- Choose the option “Remove this user”
- You will be prompted to sign into the Chromebook.
- Enter your Student ID number
- Click Next and then enter your password to sign-in. This will refresh your account from Google’s server as well as pull down any apps and extensions that are tied to your account.
